Order Information Policy & Procedures

Amac Violins Satisfaction Agreement- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) insured and we will gladly make and exchange, credit, or refund of the purchase price (not including shipping), whichever you request, All we ask is that the item(s) be returned within 15 days of receipt in its original condition. Refunds are not offered on Strings (Dominant) and Setup once installed on instruments by Customas' request.

Setup - All instruments are currently with shop setup for retail sales, and ready to play: which includes strings, bridge and tuners. However, there is always addition room for professional setup for customer's desired request. Setup is available on all instruments. Pricing varies from instrument and setup request.

Payment Methods - Amac Violins only offers our product by Pre-Paid billing (credit card, company check) or C.O.D. This allows our company to keep our overhead costs down to a minimum, and pass along savings to our customas.

Approval shipping - Amac Violins do not offer instruments on Approval Basis. Amac Violins requires Pre-Payment on all orders, which follows our “Payment Methods” and “Returns” policy description.

Shipping Information - We ship orders by United Parcel Service (UPS) for dependable and prompt delivery. UPS orders are fully insured against loss or damage. If a problem does occur, please contact Amac Violins immediately and no more than 7 business days after receipt of merchandise. Oversized parcels may require Additional shipping charged. Please inspect your package(s) immediately for damage! Quality Strings want to ensure safe and sound deliveries.

Discrepancies and Defects - Quality Strings does it's best to examine and verify orders to be in proper condition upon packaging and shipping. Incorrect or defective items and orders must be reported to Amac Violins within 7 business days of delivery for exchange, credit or refund on returned merchandise. Items returned later that 15 days from original shipping date are subject to exchange or credit only.

Call Tags - Call tags are only reserved for return merchandise that was otherwise shipped incorrectly from the original order request i.e., size or model, and does not include damaged merchandise due to mishandling in shipping, or personal opinions and dislike of an instrument(s). An exchange, credit, or refund will be offered upon returned merchandise.

Returns, Exchange, Credit, or Refund - return are subject to either exchange, credit, or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable on original or return merchandise. All returns for refunds must be made within 15 days of the original shipping date, and returns and exchanges will only be offered thereafter. When returning an item, be sure to wrap securely and enclose a copy of the invoice. We reserve the right to deduct additional charges on returned merchandise that has missing parts or that is incomplete. We will issue a credit, exchange or refund upon your request. Damaged or lost items - Inspect your shipment immediately! Obvious damage, defects or missing cartons should be noted on your delivery receipt. If you have receive a parcel that has noticeable damage, or discover concealed damage, report this at once to the carrier and request an inspection. Until a claim is settled, please hold onto any damaged or incomplete cartons. Call our Customer Service Representatives within 3 days of delivery and report any damage or loss to your shipment. This will better prepare us to assist you with your claim.

Back Orders - If we are out of stock on any particular item(s), you will not be charged for the unavailable item(s). You will be given the opportunity to request a back order. Item(s) will not be Back Ordered and shipped without your consent, and per our “Payment Methods” policy.

Returned Check Policy - All returned checks, regardless of the reason, are subject to a $20.00 charge (per check). Non-resolved charges are subject to Collections after 45 days from original notification. Un-resolved Collections will receive the fullest level of Legal Prosecution permissible in all 50 US states.
